Higher Education Employment Information e-Platform

This dedicated site offers employment support for persons with higher education experience, particularly Hong Kong students educated at overseas institutions, the second generation of Hong Kong emigrants, as well as persons from overseas with higher academic and professional qualifications. General Employment Policy

Quality Migrant Admission

Highly skilled or talented individuals who have not yet secured a job offer in Hong Kong but are interested to settle and work in Hong Kong may apply under the Quality Migrant Admission Scheme which has no sector restriction. Learn more here.

Admission Scheme for the Second Generation of Chinese Hong Kong Permanent Residents
